We managed to survive the drive from Meeteese to Casper. Oh man, was it boring. It would have been nice to have some variety in the scenery. We stopped in Casper and got directions to the skatepark. The boys had quite a bit of energy to burn off. They skated for almost 2 hours and we restarted our trek. I wanted to get to Cheyenne before we stopped today. We made it - barely. Again the scenery doesn't help because it just doesn't change much. You could always tell if there was a water source because you would suddenly see a clump of trees - or sometimes a single tree.
